Online Banking/Mobile App Users: You will need to register the first time you access the new digital banking platform. You can do this on any device. The new platform links all your relationships together on one screen with just one login. Therefore, you’ll only need to register one account to access all your accounts online. Mobile app users must download the new mobile app from the app stores on or after March 1 (delete the old app). Check images prior to Feb. 26 will be unavailable on the new digital banking system.
e-Statement users: Your February e-statement will be available after 6 pm on Monday. e-Statements will be accessible through digital banking ONLY. If you are not currently a digital banking user, please register on or after Monday. e-Statements will be available in the new app. Please download the new app from your app store beginning on Monday.
Bill Payments and Scheduled/Recurring Transactions: Please review the schedule above. Bill payments and transactions scheduled after the above times will be processed Monday morning. Please plan accordingly. All bill pay data (payees, scheduled payments, payment history) will transfer to the new bill pay system. Please examine your account carefully and report any discrepancies immediately.
Account-to-Account transfers: A2A data will NOT convert to the new digital banking system. You must set up your external A2A accounts and scheduled/recurring transfers on the new digital banking system. Please use a browser/desktop PC to set up your external accounts. You may use the mobile app to initiate transfers once the account has been set up on a PC.
